Participating Gyms’ Responsibility
Gyms which participate in competitions promoted, programmed or scheduled by Gym Sync Limited are responsible for ensuring their facilities, equipment, and safety procedures meet all applicable health and safety standards and for complying with all applicable laws, including data protection and safeguarding obligations.


Gym Sync Limited is not responsible for the conduct, safety, or management of any competition which it promotes, programmes or schedules where the competition is held at a participating gym.

Licensing and Brand
Gym Sync Limited grants participating gyms a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the GymSync name, logo, and competition format solely for the purpose of running authorised GymSync competitions.


Participating gyms must adhere to GymSync’s branding and competition standards as communicated in the official licence agreement.


Any unauthorised use of the GymSync brand or format is strictly prohibited.


Participant conduct
By entering a GymSync competition, participants agree to compete fairly and respectfully towards others, to follow the rules and instructions of the event organisers and officials and not engage in any form of cheating, tampering with equipment, or misconduct.

Gym Sync Limited and participating gyms reserve the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these rules.

Participants’ Risk
Participation in any erg racing activity carries inherent risks of injury. You acknowledge and accept these risks by participating. Gym Sync Limited accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage suffered during or as a result of any competition. Any claims or disputes arising from a competition should be directed to the participating gym responsible for hosting that event.


Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


Intellectual Property
All content on the Gym Sync Limited website, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned or licensed by Gym Sync Limited and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Website or competition materials without our written permission.

Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website or participation in competitions after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
